Rapscallion – never. I hate rap, and the only scallion I might refer to would be in a cassarolle.

I posted my “Rap Scallion” comment before I read your reply. Glad to see more than one person thinking this basic thought!

Hugger-mugger – I can’t even remember where I saw this, although I’m sure I did.

I first saw it in a poem which included the phrase “but, in hugger-mugger”. The previous line rhymed with “mugger”, but I don’t recall anything else about the verse. Perhaps you saw the word in The Star Splitter:
