What she said. I used to work in a retail women’s clothing shop, and I always wash my clothes before wearing them. Even if they’re packaged, and I’ve ordered them online, I still wash before wearing, because I don’t like the new clothes smell.
If I can’t put an article of clothing in the washer, I don’t buy it. And if I can’t put a dish/utensil in the dishwasher, I don’t buy it, either. Life is too short to hand wash stuff if I don’t need to.
