Had a phone call visit with my doctor, she prescribed me some antibiotics for some sinus pain but twice said “You have a low tolerance for coming in” so I understand she said that but have no idea what she meant by that. I should have clarified but I just assumed it would make sense later, but it still doesn’t.
It sounds to me like you don’t come in very often? Either that, or you call quite often. So … kinda opposites there on what it could mean. (Actually, not really opposites now that I think of it.)
When my wife (a doctor) uses this phrase (in a different context) she means that you should set a low threshold for yourself for when you would come in to the office.
So basically if you start feeling any worse at all you should go in to see the doctor.
Okay this 100% is what I think she meant because she said I had a family history of leukemia before all of this.
