I’m worried about latency. I did VNC for a day, but the latency sucked. Would increasing cache help (I doubt it. Just looking for ideas)?
I also wonder if I could get my satellite into more of a streaming mode. I suspect that is a more of a question for my satellite company (DirectWay) but I really don’t feel like talking about the weather in India right now.
Looks like I blew out my Rotator cuff. Not sure how hard it will be to work one handed. And I sure would like to be able to check on things, without having to make a 25 mile one way trip to work. Perhaps work an hour or two a day while I might be laid up for a bit.
And, if I could get some policy change at work about telecommuting, that would be a good thing.
