I’m job hunting and there was a good one in that area. So I went to zillow to see what the housing market is like. Mind you, everything looks reasonable compared to Northern Virginia. . .
Some places you can renovate with a coat of paint. Others need bathroom fixtures.
And some require the services of a bulldozer. And a hazmat crew.
Other than the woo, I kinda like the place. Furnishings are what you want, and you can paint the walls. The kitchen looks awesome.
I’ve seen plenty worse on My Lottery Dream Home. Including David’s “dream home”.
Why don’t you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don’t you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don’t you say something righteous and hopeful for a change? 
Around here, too. Typically, most Zillow listings will include a shot or two of the beach even when it’s a mile away.
