Specifically, reprogramming one for a new phone number. Same provider. The instructions tell me all I have to do is type in ##[lock code]# on the keypad and this should magically bring up a service menu where I can change the number. When I do this, nothing happens. When I press “Send”, it tries to dial what I just put in, which obviously doesn’t work. Anywhere I’ve looked online about inputting codes like this into an Omnia just say to put in the code and the appropriate menu will pop up. So what am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Problem solved! The fix turned out to be turning off my phone and turning it back on, which admittedly is the first thing I should have tried.
