Does anyone know how to speak to Equifax by phone?

In November I tried to pull my credit report via annualcreditreport.com. I was able to view my Transunion and Experion report but Exuifax gave a message that they were unable to verify enough info to give me my report online.

I followed their procedure to get the report via mail. I mailed a copy of drivers license, recent W-2, copy of social security card etc… Its 2 months later and I have not received anything from Equifax.

The Equifax website will not provide a phone number unless I sign up as an ‘Equifax member’ for $16.95 per month. I found a number to place a fraud alert on my account and called it thinking I may speak to someone and explain my situation and they would provide a number. But that number is all automated, you never speak to a human.

I need to talk to a human. Im concerned that I mailed a copy of everything that identifies me and i have no clue if they received it or if it’s floating in oblivion somewhere. I also want to know whats on their report that’s preventing me from viewing it online.

Does anyone know how I can contact these people by phone?

Try 800-846-5279.

The GetHuman website has 800-846-5279.

This site has a suggestion of 1-800-846-5279:

I understand you may be able to reach Equifax at 800-846-5279.

Oh, yeah. Try Ike Witt’s number instead of mine, that is, 800-846-5279.
