The less complicated answer to the OP’s question is “no”, so I’ll go with that pending evidence to the contrary.
What I found in the Old is the conversation “God” was having with the Israelite’s. It is the only place, Old or New where God directly talked to a specific people.
As a bystander I found the conversation intriguing
Anyone here is welcome to disprove that primes
MrQwertyasd:
If God is the creator and is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, doesn’t that mean all books are the word of god, rather than just handful of rather long winded, contradictory and outdated tracts that the religions use ?
Isn’t god writing these very words, in fact, and all the words that may be used to reply ?
The question can’t be answered until conclusive proof is shown that a god of any kind actually exists. Until then, it’s moot.
MrQwertyasd:
Yes God did write all Barry Manilow’s songs. But He’s not just some distant “blind watchmaker” in hiding. No. He’s ever present in all words.
In fact He’s in all words past, present and future for all eternity. Even the opening instructions on your tin of tuna are the word of God. Anyone claiming to have God’s exclusive text is pulling your leg, and possibly after your money.
Don’t you agree so ?
“Even the opening instructions on your tin of tuna are the word of God ”
