What creeps me out is going a set speed on the highway with the cruise control then some car catches up to my tailgate and coasts there for miles. I just tell myself that they’re trying to save gas by staying in my draft or just want the safety of following a good driver. Yeah, right. Creeps.
When I was younger, I was sometimes followed but when I would circle the block to let them know I was onto them, the person(s?) would generally go away. Once I pulled the police station game, that person never followed me again.
Another time in my youth, I was in a car full of girls that was being followed by a very creepy car full of guys. Our driver finally faked an exit, sending they guys down the exit ramp while we continued. We were pulled over by a cop for making a dangerous move, but whe we explained, he let us go. I wonder if it would play out like that today.
