If it turned out that you did have a proportionally large head, then a career in television might be something for you. People on TV tend to have large heads and hands, proportionally.
Not to mention the freakishly huge egos. 
No. Your head is not too big. And while I solidly agree with the photo-centric remarks above, I would add this: Your long dark hair accentuates the lines of your face and head. You don’t have a very round head- it is tapered and so the lines that are natural to your face/ head shape are accentuated by the lines of your hair: Long, dark straight.
Since beauty is solely in the eye of the beholder, I’d respectfully recommend that you stare at yourself in the mirror in the morning and say, " LOVE what I see !! LOVE who I see ! " and go on about your day !!!
