Does OBL have access to nuclear weaponary? What is his ability to use these weapons on the US if he does? Along the same line, does he have access to chemical and biological weaponary?
The factual answer, or at least, based on any facts that you are going to get, is: No.
My opinion is that if he had nukes he probably would’ve used one by now.
Highly doubtful. A successful NBC programme requires specialist buildings, trained scientists and uncommon materials – all highly observable and traceable by satellites and intelligence fieldwork, compared to more ‘conventional’ terrorist methods.
Terrorists may have access to NBC weapons produced by other countries, but they’d also be easier to spot or trace, I would think.
It really depends on what you mean by a nuclear weapon. I think it would be in possible to get a hold of low - medium level nuclear waste, wrap it around some expolosives and blow them up. Getting a hold of spent fuel rods and doing the same would be much more dificult.

IIRC, a large number of weapons in the USSR’s nuclear arsenal went missing after the country’s demise. AFAIK they are still unaccounted-for.

No, but who cares about that, he definately has biological and chemical weapons. He is known to have access to the anthrax virus as well as sarin gas. I would expect that the next attack will be chemical or biological. Millions would die if a major city was infected with anthrax. It is not a good situation to be in for us…very very very bad.
