Sorry, this is the last of this hijack. In NYC we have what we call “open container laws”. The law is to stop people from consuming alcohol in public, which is definitely illegal. But a cop only has to think you’re gonna drink that bottle in public to give you a ticket. I’m sorry for this hijack but it is really getting under my nerves that all these white people are questioning my experience of how shitty it can be being black in the USA.
