Two part question re Skype: I understand some phone systems are programmed to drop the longest calls to free up lines for others. Is this true with Skype? (Sometimes, it sure seems it!) I am not sure how Skype works, but do they have Central Office(s) somewhere with a PBX with VoIP cards somewhere in SkypeWorld to process all the Skype calls? If so, then perhaps they DO drop the longest calls. if not true, then they rely on every other phone co to provide the needed infrastructure to handle Skype?
