We are the children of the Eighties. We are not the first “lost generation” nor today’s lost generation; in fact, we think we know just where we stand - or are discovering it as we speak.
Why do kids love Sunny Delight? I don’t think they actually do love it all that much. I believe that millions of kids are saddled with parents who will not let them drink carbonated sugar beverages, but many of them can be persuaded that Sunny D is actually food. The parents can feel good about their concern for their children’s nutrition while the kids get the only available sugar blast they can.
