It looks fairly random to me, so I feel like I can assume that it’s not ASCII art. Does the binary sequence have any particular meaning?

It’s colored in the distinct shape of valentine heart. That’s kind of a clue.

Yeah, I know. I suppose I should have phrased my question in a non-binary (rim shot!) format.

I figured it was cutesy, but I was curious exactly what it was saying.
