Oh, I don’t think she needed a body double. I was just making a joke because she DID have a body double in the movie and in some of the marketing materials like posters. The double’s name is Donna Scoggins.

I did notice that the info on this is contradictory although it’s clear that at least one double was involved. For example, Donna Scoggins may have only appeared on the poster while another double appeared in nude scenes that Julia Roberts didn’t want to do. I’m not sure of the details!

Note: movie scenes are less about the star you are with and more about the dozen or so crew standing around watching, and the film that gets shown in theaters and then released to mass-market video.
