Does this harmony make sense?

I didn’t like how the F7 chord in the right hand sounded, so I added the A natural and it sounded much better. I found myself adding an A natural to the Eb chord in the same bar - this was an accident and once I discovered I was doing it, I thought it sounded a little dissonant, but interesting.

Note the left hand plays a C, so maybe this is a C minor sixth chord?

In Eb, adding an A natural is the tritone and I’m not sure what you would name it.

Thoughts?

Given that the chord progression is I-vi-ii-V everywhere else, I would be inclined to call it a Cm6/Eb.

As part of a major chord it would be an Eb6(#11) or something like that, but it’s clearly meant as a ii chord there, so I’d go with Cm6/Eb.
