Does Warm Food Stick to Your Ribs?

My mother used to always tell me that warm food “sticks to your ribs better.” What she meant by this was that if I heated up my food; like pizza, sandwhiches, mashed potatoes, etc; then I would have more of a full feeling and it would take less to make me feel full. Is this true? I know this is kind of an awkward question, but my mom and I have been arguing this for a while now and I want to finally put the argument to rest. Thanks
