Clearly it is a little excessive to make any dogs tax deductible. Society really benefits when people have one sheltie and one schnauzer. Families of that sort really need to be given checks by the government to encourage this sort of behavior.

That same page seems to come up for any congress critter.

Only fat cats need a tax sheltie.
