the judge also said that “you may be held if you violate your terms of release” also mentions that he can not talk to any of the witnesses in this case except through or with his lawyer.

they have left the courtroom. the prosecution has 7 days to give an estimate date for trial, and the defence has 5 days after that to give their timing.
prosecution has to give timing on giving over discovery. team trump already has the jan 6 committee discovery. only the smith team investigation will be new.

Just saw Trump’s airport remarks. He went on about how this whole thing is political. Paraphrased, “I’ve got a great lead in the polls over Biden, and so they want to persecute me by prosecuting me.”
I guess we couldn’t expect anything else, but maybe something about his great legal team, and he will beat these charges with their help. Not the same old tired “it’s all political” refrain.
