My friends and I watched Donnie Darko on a recent trip to the beach. It was my and my friend’s second time and everyone elses first…Its so much better the second time. But what does it mean? It is better to have love and lost than never to have loved at all…So I think. Or maybe, dont fuck around with time travel or you could DIE! Well. Anyway, what do you think? (and it wasnt the medication…they were placebos…its in the deleted scenes on the DVD…but that scene shouldnt have been deleted, it was pivital to the plot!!!)

Wow, thanks that really helped my understanding alot. Im going to watch it again with directors commentary soon so I can get an even better understanding though. Some of those people asked really stupid and obvious questions though…But the thing about Grandma Death walking to and fro because she knew that she had to be at the right place at the right time so Frank would run over Gretchen was pure genius.
