Well, my story has a few warts, I’d say. I’m a waitress and worked most of the weekend (and have to go to work again in a couple hours), so I just sent my first draft.

Just sent in mine, fifteen minutes before the close. 
I found this round’s prompt material to be pretty tricky; I was completely stuck for ideas for a long time. I have to admit, I put off even beginning to write until the last five hours, which probably resulted in a bit of sloppiness in the final product. I still had fun writing it, though, and I look forward to reading all the other entries!

I liked this set better than the first, mostly because if you read the stories this time, they’re more diverse than the first set. There was nothing wrong with the first set, since there were some wonderful stories, but people used them in more similar ways than this round.
As for sloppiness, I carefully proofread my fic for spelling errors…and totally missed that I was inconsistant about the year. sigh.
