Downloading free legal MP3 songs in bulk

I’m just trying to find a bunch of free, legal music from the web to easily download and put on my MP3 player. Various genres, I’m not too picky about what it is…just need to be able to get it onto the MP3 player. My non-Apple player supports .mp3 and .wma. Is there a quick and easy way to download? Thanks.

A lot of wonderful independent artists are using Noisetrade. You are given an opportunity to make a donation to the artist, a donation of any size of your choosing, but if you want it for free you can download it for free- legal and no hassle.

I haven’t put anything up on Noisetrade yet, but I think I will once I learn a bit more. I only recently found out about it. I’ll happily send you some mp3s of my comedy songs if you PM me an e-mail address.

Thanks. If I want to grab say 50 songs from the site in a single download, is there a way to do that?

You can’t. Amazon requires you to download each one individually.

You can do an entire album in a single download . . . so, theoretically, if someone posted a 50 song album then sure.

Am I missing something about why downloading in bulk is important? Been a week since the OP, so it doesn’t seem like a “Need Downloads Fast!” issue.
