I dream in color. Reading? No, there are no subtitles in my dreams. 
I can walk, run, swim, fly whatever in my dreams … though I particulary like when I have a dream, fall asleep in it and have a dream within a dream. 
I spent most of my life not knowing if my dreams were in color or black-and-white… I could -remember- all of it, but I could never remember if I had seen color or not. It wasn’t untill recently, when I was flying (On my own wings - wee! ) and I saw a golden-colored dragon flaring to a stop to land amidst some trees a way off, and immediatly thinking that he was supposed to be blue, not gold. I woke up right then, so I remembered all of it quite clearly
A lot of the time, for me, it seems difficult to run, like my legs just don’t want to function (Feels like they fell asleep or the like). Well, at least when I try to run on two legs. Running quadruped (With a body properly proportioned for it) is certainly interesting, and much easier 
I dream in color too. I also enjoy reading and noticed that when I "read’ in my dreams I have a difficult time focusing.
