The guy spewing the whole “do you know what these judges will do to you? Do you know what the jury’s gonna think?” will have a fun time explaining himself to the disciplinary committee. If any of the charges stick, he’ll likely be disbarred I would think (impersonating a law enforcement official would be a crime of moral turpitude, and I believe drunk driving is as well). The other guy, the one that just drove drunk, has a better chance of just getting his license suspended for a couple years.
But, yeah, for the foreseeable future, these guys are unemployed.
