What I find humorous is this
He was drunk, he was with a group who influenced what happened. It was a decision that he would not have made sober.
Lets adjust something here.
Instead, let us say he is a she, and whats she did was consent to sex with someone.
Both decisions were made under the influence. Both decisions had others influencing their decision while drunk. One is a criminal, one is a victim
How can the 1 be responsible for his decision, and 2 not be?

This… funny how when someone reminds us of either ourselves or those close to us they somehow end up gaining some undeserved sympathy… guess that’s why that lady with the scales is blindfolded…
