Why don’t you try giving one, and write us a detailed report about the effect? You could use a well endowed person, and a not-so well endowed person as different test subjects, and differentiate the amount of lip swellage between.

Being a straight guy, I have never given a blowjob. However, I have never noticed any swelling of the lips of any partners I have had. I have to admit, I’m at a loss for the “true” definition, but on an instinctive or contextual level, I’d guess that dewt is probably right- though I don’t see how this applies strictly to things sexual.
