- I have decided for Christmas this year I want a duct-tape gun: something basically gun-shaped, with a big roll of duct tape on top. When I pull the trigger, the duct tape goes “ZZzzzzZZzzzzZZZZZzZZZZZZZzzzZZZZzzZZZZZZzzzZZZZZZzzZZZZZZZzZZZZZZZZzz” and sticks all over whoever I aimed it at. It’d shoot too fast to avoid, but slow enough for me to see the look on their face as the tape speeds towards it.
Kind of a manlier version of Spider-Man’s web stuff.

(-I know the military has made guns that shoot goopy stuff, but I just like the idea of instantly covering someone with duct tape better…)

there’s even “environmentally sensitice” duct tape called “Perma-cell” for use in historic buildings. It won’t leave residue behind (Perma? WTF?), and won’t tear up plaster and finishes, in theory. It still did, though, and that’s ok. Because in my mind, if it didn’t, it wouldn’t be real duct tape.
I’m just picturing someone reaching for her drink when the tape pops off the breast in a surprise attack.
[wanders off to picture that some more]
