Dude, where's my thread?

If it shows up, I (a) made a snide comment about companies that can’t spell and then (b) misspelled aquamarine. Or–I didn’t misspell it, exactly, I mistyped it, and then didn’t proofread.

And it seems I posted it in the wrong forum. Anyway, it’s gone. If it shows up, that should be AQUAmarine, not acqua.

Sorry about that.

What?

Thanks for pointing out your error in the missing thread.
Now I have GOOD reason to think less of you as a person.

BTW, what are you doing posting this year, and so early in the spring? I hadn’t looked for your return until the summer of 2020.

Not spring yet but it has been unseasonably warm.

Honestly–I really DID post another thread in GQ, and as I sent it off saw my misspelling. Then couldn’t find it. It still hasn’t appeared.

But this one is pointless, and I would report it to a moderator and say close it, except I can no longer find the “report this post” key.

Yes, it’s been one of those nights.

It’s now in the form of an exclamation mark next to the post# at the top of each post.

But only on other people’s posts–not mine! I can’t report my own bad posts?

(takes hint, quits posting for the night)

Yes you can! First, slide your mouse pointer over the number in the post you wish to report. Depending on your browser, you will see the post ID in either a tool tip box or the status bar at bottom. Then go like you’re going to report someone else’s post (this one right here will do) and when the page comes up, change the number in the URL to the number of the post you want to report.

As for your OP, have you checked your subscriptions? Any thread you’ve replied to should be in there by default.

Is it this one? Crystals, home-made and otherwise If not, it probably didn’t take. We do have problems with the hamsters from time to time.

Since this is a question about this message board, I’ll move this thread to ATMB.

Well actually that was the one I posted when the other one (hamster food) failed to show up. This has happened to me before. I would say “is it just me?” except I figure that would be a dumb question.
