Dumbest-looking Leader

I was paging through the news about upcoming presidential ellection in my neighbouring country, Argentina, when I realized that favourite Nestor Kirchner really-really looks like an IDIOT.

That started me on the subject of stupid-looking nation leaders, and I was wondering that were Kirchner to be elected, he would top G.W.BUSH as my choice of the dumbest looking Leader.

Without trying to make this a flame war about Nation Leaders abilities or intelligence.

WHO do you think looks stupider?

Nah, I think Bush looks way dumber. I’m not saying he is dumb—but jeez, does he have that “confused chimp” look going.

No contest, Kim Jong Il - gillette dry look and pumps simply does not a daunting leader make - regardless of nuclear capability.

Curious George has a comically stupid look, if we are just talking about pure dumbness.

In terms of “least likely looking leaders” I would like to offer my own Bertie Ahern. He can look really well sometimes, quite leadery, but generally tends to look like yer dorky uncle who wears cardigans and sandals. Here he is with Curious George.

Well, due to his striking resemblence to Alfred E. Newman, my vote has to go to Bush.

Chretian certainly doesn’t look like a genius, but at least he doesn’t look like a cartoon character. (At least none that I can think of.)

Several years ago, Ecuador had a president named Abdala Bucaram. He was a rather odd fellow, and ended up impeached for “mental incompetence” among other things. At that point, he shaved his head into a mohawk haircut. And for a while before he also had a hairstyle and mustache like Hitler’s.
