Can anyone recommend a good DVD ripper to archive DVDs to CD-R?
If you own the DVD and you want to compress the movie to CD for your own, personal use then you may be within your rights to do so. However, in order to do so you have to circumvent the CSS copy-protection on the DVD, itself, and that is a violation of the DMCA. Sorry, can’t help you.
