DWI- Blood alcohol level and body weight question

Out of simple curiosity.

The State of Maryland DWI standard has now gone from a .10 to .08 blood alcohol level standard. I’m not a big drinker but I am intrigued. How many drinks (say standard non-light beer) would a 230 lb man have to drink in how short a time to fail this test.

This link is from this thread.

Also, here’s another one that is pounds, not kg, for body weight – and it has a reverse calculator as well (enter weight and BAC, it’ll tell you how many of each type of drink to get there).
