E Cigarettes

Also, anything wrong with soaking a fag in water and smoking that liquid?

Bam Boo Gut: I was about to say that I couldn’t since there is nothing commercially available comparable to what you can get via prescription. There is a nasal spray that contains 10mg of nicotine per ml which used to be a few times the max of what you could get from any vendor.

But either my information is seriously dated, which is quite possible or there is something wrong with this chart on the Totally Wicked site, because it seems to be saying that their strongest product is more than 3x the concentration of the nasal spray.

I have to say that seems very strange to me. Two sprays is 1mg of nicotine and if you try to take 4 you’ll start to feel the beginnings of nicotine poisonings–at least I do and I’m a fairly heavy user (it’s deceptive since it doesn’t take affect immediately). I don’t know what the dosing is per puff of your average e-cig, but that sounds exceedingly high and I would imagine, if those numbers are true, the high end products should be more than sufficient for even a heavy smoker. But that’s just a guess.

You can compensate to some extent by using a device that gives you a better draw however. But again my information is dated. As of 2 or 3 years ago I had corresponded with someone who had designed and built his own unit that he was marketing but I’ve just spent the past 20 minutes trying to find an email or bookmark or something that would clue me in to who he was or give some kind of link I could pass along. Nada.

In essence it was a baseball bat shaped thing that had a massive battery and reservoir with a substantial wick and power output to vaporize a good amount of juice per draw. However now with such highly concentrated fluids, something like that might actually be dangerous. IDK.

It makes them soggy and hard to light.
