My brother wants to deep fry a chicken for this new year. He wants to fry the whole thing like a turkey, but we don’t know the right temperature or minutes per pound. The biggest one is about 5 pounds. Can anyone help?

Here’s a page on deep-frying a turkey. Sorry, can’t find any recipes that don’t state you chop the chicken up first, then deep fry.
