Ear question for swimmers

I swim about 1.5 hours a week and have been for a few years. Sometimes I get dizzy spells (not verigo), which will go away for a while, but always come back to one degree or another. Very annoying. Has anyone else who swims regularly ever experienced this? Last week I tried putting drying drops in after I get out of the pool and they seem to help some, but it’s still there, esp when I lay down and turn my head to the right.

It may actually be vertigo. There is something in the ears that provides the balancing for humans , should that be affected either by pressure of the water or something of that nature , you may experience said problems.

A trip to the ear doc may be in order.
