It’s easy for most of us to say “the poor are lazy”: most of us have good, well-paid, challenging job. I don’t think that if my only choice was working for a fucking minimal wage job at McDonalds for the next 20 years while trying to get thru our education systems (that is incompatible with a big percentage of the brains out there) to get a somewhat better, I’d rather stay home.
And after all, why is that a bad thing? Is it because we are too cheap to support a small percentage of the population that does not think or have the same abilities as us? Not everyone can achieve when only stuff like maths, computers, sciences, etc are validated.
I think we should rather spend our time trying to find something that might interest or motivate the other side of the Bell curve…
