This evening at about 9:30 PM EDT approximately 9,000 #, that’s 4 1/2 tons, of explosives and pyritechnics were set off to celebrate the Labor Day week-end on the banks of Fort Loudon Lake at Knoxville. It is to be noted that there were no casualities nor injuries of the multiple explosions which continued over a 20 minute period!
