Oh…not good form, Obama supporters. A cacophonous boo rose at the rally when Edwards complimented Hillary. Edwards didn’t look pleased.
[/QUOTE]
I wouldn’t worry too much about that. Hillary has been booed by her own people at her own little rallies.
It is indeed. Obama is a masterful manager. He did a similar thing with Bill Richardson.

I’m enrolling there for the fall semester. Give me a few years to be old enough and I’ll make it happen!
Antinor01 in 2012!

Oh yeah? Well a few years ago I might have been giving you your freshman comp grades. Those kinds of things can come back to haunt you, you know, so watch what you say in those essays.

Which, of course, explains the timing. It appears that some Dems can do the political macarena with more grace than a spastic monkey. This is a hopeful prospect.

That’s a mighty low bar you’re setting there, podner.
On the other hand, the Republicans are slithering on their bellies at this point, so…
If anything this has only strengthened Hillary’s resolve. As we speak she is skywriting “Surrender Obama” over Louisville, and she is prepared to unleash the flying monkeys.

But she doesn’t realize these things must be done delicately.

The Edwards endorsement made me wonder: why don’t I hear his name more often as a possible VP choice again?

He was mentioned plenty, but most would prefer to see him as AG rather than VP. The current administration has made such a trainwreck of DOJ that this really is a much better job than waiting around for young Obama to drop dead. Obama will probably be the healthiest occupant ever to enter the oval office…for me that makes his VP choice far less interesting than normal candidates.
Kentucky is big in steel and even bigger in aluminum, and USW represents workers in both. I see a quick burst of ads featuring this endorsement in Kentucky’s near-term future.
If endorsements ever matter then this one helps tamp down Clinton in Kentucky some.

Edwards would make a great AG – but Ralph Nader would make a still better one.
