I was reading the article in Wikipedia about the 1989 Loma Prieta (San Fransisco-Oakland) Earthquake. In it, the article notes that on the morning of the earthquake, Kevin Cowherd, writing in the San Jose Mercury News, stated:
And, of course, an earthquake wracked the area right before they sung the national anthem for the game (Game 3).
Any other such eeriely accurate predictions that you can think of?

There was a joke on Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In (mid 1960s) that began
“News from the future, 1988. Today in Washington, President of the United States Ronald Reagan…”
After the 1993 WTC bombing, I clearly remember an expert saying, “They were trying to topple the towers. They’ll be back to finish the job.”
Not really a prediction, but kind of spooky nonetheless:
In the movie Say Anything, Lloyd Dobler (John Cusack) is into kickboxing. At one point, he mentions three famous kickboxers. One is Don “The Dragon” Wilson; the second is Benny “The Jet” Urquidez.
At the end of the movie, Don Wilson makes a cameo as Dobler’s kickboxing sparring partner at the gym.
Here’s the spooky part: Almost a decade later, John Cusack makes the film Grosse Point Blank in which he has a knock-down, drag-out fight with a fellow assassin, played by Benny Urquidez.
Presumably, in 2007 or 2008, Cusack will release a movie where he fights the third guy.
