egg freezing

why does, occasionally, one egg in the refrig freeze while others in the carton do not?

I was not able to find the freezing point of eggwhite or eggs in general.
Have you tanken the temperature in the refrigerator? It may be too close to freezing,

I have found that sometimes when an item is in contact with the cooling coils, it freezes, even though the air temperature inside the refrigerator is above freezing. Also the temperature inside is not necessarily uniform throughout the coooling compartment due to convection.
