Einstürzende Neubauten's 'The Garden'.

Can someone please tell me what’s being whispered in the background of Einstürzende Neubauten’s ‘The Garden’ (track seven of Ende Neu)? It can be heard if you listen to the song, really loud, over headphones, but even then, it still is a bit faint. From what I can tell, it’s just the chorus being whispered, but I’m not entirely sure. It’s been driving me up the wall for the last two weeks, and I’m hoping that the three other Einstürzende Neubauten fans in the world will see this, and help me out here.

'Course, I’d also be tickled pink if Blixa Bargeld himself told me…

Is it a lawnmower ?

::Walks away looking a little confused::

Well, I honestly thought I was in MPSIMS when I posted the above so please accept my apologies for the silly response.

In recompense, according to this chap :
“The Garden”'s text is lifted from an overhead conversation between two elderly English woman."

Hope that makes sense…

(looks around sheepishly)

Should this have been in MPSIMS? I’m new to this whole posting bit, after lurking here for several months; just see my post count for evidence of my fresh, doe-eyed naïveté in these affairs…

After listening to said song about ten times in a row, I realized two things: the whispering almost sounds like the theme to ‘Pinky and the Brain’, or at least reminds me of it, and…
…I need a life in the worst way possible, when time is spent trying to find out the background vocals to songs…

No, perfectly reasonable question for this forum – I was trying to do too many things at once and thought I was elsewhere. My error entirely.

I just chanced across that site I link too above but you might want to take a look at his musical taste. Some interesting stuff there, I think – had a nice browse.
