Is their a simple way (simple circuit) to smooth out electrical voltage fluctuation to get a more average voltage so it can be read with a voltmeter without jumping all over the place? I’m talking about in the range of about 0.5-1vDC.
Yes, with a capacitor. But to know which one to use to get a meaningful result afterwards you’d need electrical knowledge on a level where you’d know that you needed a capacitor.
