I noticed today that the “neurotic” elevator in our office building may well have a reason to be so…The inspection certification expired over 4 months ago…my question:
What does this mean?
What should I do?
I am from California so U.S. laws apply.

2. Notify the Building Engineer, Concierge, Building Manager, Leasing Agent, and City Codes Compliance office. They may have more liability responsibility if inspection is not current.
