Emblaze Ltd.

Talk about research. This is a business class homework project cry for help.

The most boring firm imaginable (in terms of google results)
EMBLAZE is composed a several companies in Israel. They specialize in technology, semi-conductors, wireless devices etc…

I must come up with many pages worth of info on the following areas:

the effects of cultural, social, economic, political, and legal environmental factors on the firm. Examples of some of the questions that might guide you in addressing this section are as follow: What are the firm’s practices when it encounters cultural similarities and differences? What cultural, social, and ethics challenges does the firm face? What are the firm’s responses to political and legal rules and regulations in its home country and worldwide? What are the firm’s international investment and trade practices? How does the firm lobby to alter its environment? What are the most important risk factors facing the firm?
If you attempt at googling for this info, you’ll come up with absolutely nothing. The leads are either totally wrong and have nothing to do with EMBLAZE, lead to a fake page intended for you to click links, or lead you to Hoovers.com and similar business-info sites in which you must pay extraordinary $ to access the info. On top of all that, EMBLAZE isn’t a newsworthy company, the most I could find would be cases of mergers or introduction of a new line of products.

Absolutely nothing on government, ethics, challenges, ISRAEL, political influence, cultural social worlwide impact…nothing…nada zilch…

Now maybe my search skills are weak, but more likely, it is impossible to find any relevant information on EMBLAZE other than their products or mergers…I don’t need that info.

Any sound advice?

Just because a company isn’t on the Net doesn’t mean it’s not in the news.

Ask your school’s librarian for assistance with using Lexis/Nexis, a news searching portal usually only available to schools and businesses that pay for its service.

If you’re at a college your library should also have a research librarian that can help point you in the right direction to find relevant info in books and periodicals.
