Employer tracking of all laptop activity on a Mac

Is the kind of Keyboard recording/ tracking software available on a Mac? And, if so, how do I find out if it’s on my company-issued laptop ?

Considering having my hard drive replaced, and using it "cleanly ", i.e. no more personal emails stored or written on it, etc.

Things are getting to be more evil at work. :frowning:

There are tons. No idea how to determine whether you’ve got one.

The only thing I could think of to determine whether you have something running is to start up your computer afresh, go to Terminal, type “ps-e” or “top” and see if there are any odd processes running. I’m not sure whether keyloggers can hide themselves from the process list, although I know they can hide themselves from your list of running applications. Here’s an example of one keylogger that has a process called “smoke” that shows up in your process list, for example.
