Empty fast food restaurant - what should take it over?

OTOH, around here they have two of them at some freeway interchanges. One on each side so you get off, eat and get back on without crossing the freeway.

All I know about opening a restaurant in a place previously occupied by a failed one is you gotta have a lot of money you just want to get rid of. It’s a fool’s errand.

Togos for me. I grew fond of them when I was living in San Jose, even ate in the original one by San Jose State.* There were two in the area about a decade ago but the one by me closed. I assume the one in Scottsdale closed as well, but I haven’t checked. 25 miles is a ways to go to buy a sandwich.

I can beat your church. A Wendys closed about eight years ago and stood vacant until last year when a mortuary moved in. I don’t know if they prep the deceased there or just display them.

*It was in a tiny house too small to have any seating so everything was to go.
