i am amazed that as we come to the end of the 20th century and the end of the millennium, no one is compiling lists of the greatest of the century, millennium etc etc
you would think that ESPN would do a show on the greatest athletes of the 20th century, or that a network like ABC would have peter jennings or someone of his stature do a show on the 20th century-
or the american film institute would do a greatest movies of the century list-
yet i have heard nothing at all about plans for any thing like this happening this year…
and we only have 9 months left in this century and millennium!!
has anyone out there heard of any plans for any shows like this as the century and millennium (and decade for that matter) come to an end??

That’s because too many luddites thought the end of the 2nd Millennium & 20th Century was December 31, 1999.
We in the know know it’s not over until this upcoming NYE. But everyone is burned out on the subject.
Wrong thinking is punished, right thinking is just as swiftly rewarded. You’ll find it an effective combination.
