England have plunged their hand into the Hopefully Adequate Opener Lucky Dip and picked out Keaton Jennings. Stokes is injured. Curran is getting a debut. Pakistan have made one change, solely due to necessity - Usman Salahuddin is in for the injured Babar Azam.
