It’s snowing. So heavily that I can barely make out the building across the street.
Yay spring in Calgary.
Okay, I really did not want to hear that…I’m flying into Calgary Thursday afternoon. Please tell me it will be gone by then!
It’s gone by now - and the weather is supposed to be nice for the rest of the week.
Only 5 tomorrow, but 10 and 12 for the rest of the week.

Now, where did I store my skis? gotta get in the spirit of a May snow fall…
It’s nice out, here in Tronna.

We can have some fun with this:
I really should go
– Baby it’s cold outside
But there’s too much snow
– Baby it’s cold outside
Perhaps I could stay?
'Cause it’s winter in May!
Hmmm… should turn up the thermostat, get some hot coffee, and work on this a bit…
Yesterday I had my A/C on. Today there is snow. I am sad.
This is also why I never make plans at the lake for May long.
One little change, and you’ve got a poignant haiku!
There’s snow at the corner of Bloor and Bathurst, but it’s just a film shoot. Still, made me look twice and wonder who it was that was playing games with my heart…
I thought it was common knowledge that the English word for meteorologist was liar…
20 degrees out today, and I was paddling down the canal in shorts and a t-shirt, enjoying the sun on my face and the surprisingly warm water. It was a beautiful day! I was paddling last night too, at sunset, and it was great too!
The current expectation is normal-ish for a couple more days, then a day or two of a bit cooler over the weekend, and then nice and warm again at the start of next week. Mostly sunny the whole time. I’m happy with that!
Well, THERE’S your problem
Also, all I hear in this thread is a lot of crying. It’s May 14th now for shit’s sake and the projected high tomorrow is -6C. Good thing I’m going to Texas June 1st for work!
Northern Ellesmere.
BTW, it snowed in Thunder Bay last week.
