Spoonable?
I’ve always just poured it down the drain. We have a septic system and I assume/hope that the bacteria is good for the health of the system.
For future reference: Be scrupulous about not contaminating your milk, it will be drinkable for maybe six to eight weeks, with a nice tangy clabber., which is fine on pre-sweetened cereal. First, absolutely avoid drinking out of the container. When you do open it, be very careful not to touch the underside of the lid or any part of the interior surface of the vessel, or pour any unconsumed milk back into it, or put any kind of utensil into it. It will still turn sour and get lumpy, but in many parts of he world, people prefer it that way.
band name. (Celtic Punk)
I came into this thread expecting to see a certain poster, and I was NOT disappointed.
Or a really terrible porn name.
Mmm, tangy clabber.

Another consideration - whole milk has fat content. Over the years, too much fat (usually cooking grease) poured down the drain congeals on pipes and could eventually plug the drain system. In the ultimate, google for the London fatberg…
Otherwise, as pointed out, I have trouble imagining it being any worse than other items regularly going down the drain.
As for spreading on the lawn - how would you spread it evenly? Best case pour it on a flowerbed then work it evenly into the dirt. I’m betting a decent watering is then called for to avoid the resultant olfactory evidence.
